“Nerdection Must Read”

You are now reading the review of Illiya: The Feigned Moon of Entiria, written by E. A. BAGBY. This second book of the series is mind-blowing, gut-wrenching, and full of surprises. So buckle your seatbelts, grab your snacks, and ready your tissues because we are going to one hell of a ride!
Spoiler-Free Plot
Balance was our ancient promise. Every time something enters the domain, we put everything at risk.
After Giels and his friends arrived in the real world, Giels constantly panicked, wondering what would happen if his parents found out about their journey to the Cave and the Underworld or if the bad spirits followed him for the rest of his life. He was in pain, but his friends were surprised by what they saw.
After missing his rehearsal, his chances of becoming a Lead Storyteller diminished, but the shamans still allowed him to present himself. He tried to focus on learning until the day came, but the weather wasn’t favorable. The stormy winds, lightning strikes, and thunder shattered his confidence. During Giels’ presentation, his voice was stuck in his throat as he recited the words. His voice quivered just like the storm. Everything was against him, and God didn’t want him to win. But with a plan, he deceived the shamans by using a recorder to play his voice.
He convinced everyone that his voice was strong enough to endure the stormy weather. At least, that was what Giels fancied. But Erikal knew otherwise. He knew that he was using the recorder during his speech.
Will he use this information against Giels?
Days passed, and the shamans asked Giels to present again, impressed by his previous performance. After his storytelling, they were set to make an important announcement—one that would change the lives of many and lead Giels to convince his friends to return to the spirit world.
What happens next in the Underworld? Why did Giels think to go back to the spirit world? Was he cursed?
Read the book to accompany Giels through his adventures. Will he become a lead storyteller by the end, or will he let someone else become one?
My Take On Illiya: The Feigned Moon of Entiria Epic Serial, Episode 2
The second part of The Feigned Moon of Entiria jumps right back into the action, starting immediately from where the first part ended without delay. The writer gives a short recap at the start of each episode, which refreshes the audience’s memory, keeps them engaged, and ensures they stay invested in the storyline.
The characters in Illiya are more developed as Giels returns to the spirit world to discover Strange Voices’s origin.
“You cannot allow him to stay home. But understand that he will soon become important to his tribe, making your job more difficult.”
Giels’ journey is marked by his emotional struggles, his relationships with friends, and the challenges he faces. The book also covers the underworld stories.
When they were all heading back to the Underworld, the voices of The Guardian were horrifying. The writer crafted the scene with great tension, as they were attacked by the bad spirits and nearly met their end, which captured the readers’ attention. I felt bad for Giels for not being selected for any position and for the way he felt betrayed by his friends. Their underworld struggles in protecting each other made it more tense.
Overall, I enjoyed reading Illiya, the second episode of The Feigned Moon of Entiria. The fantasy world, strange events, and all the adventures will leave you yearning for more.

About The Author Of Illiya: The Feigned Moon of Entiria Epic Serial, Episode 2

After an early childhood in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, E. A. Bagby was whisked away in the early ’80s by adventurous parents to a loft in Manhattan. From snow-capped mountains and trees, his bedroom window suddenly looked down on fire escapes, pipes, a tangle of machinery, and steam.
He was soon after tossed around the NYC school system; first being placed in a computer academy for Junior High School, and later passing admission to Stuyvesant High School where he was introduced to architectural design.
In his professional life, he combined both skills of these earlier years to develop software systems for architectural and engineering firms.
But something, through all of this, tugged at him…the steam and tangles of pipes out of his bedroom window. After the dust of his life settled a bit, he set himself to write it all down.
