why this is on the top of the list of the best Isekai light novel, because this light novel is on the top of the genre after That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, it takes everything you know and love about the genre and throw it out of the window to give you something even more unique, people keep comparing it to That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, but what they don’t understand is that So I’m a Spider so what is something totally different and you will never understand the difference until you get out of one of the largest labyrinth in that world and the most dangerous place a weak useless, on the bottom of the food chain spider could start it’s life from.

while That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slimegot a power boost from the start, our spider straggled for years to get a power boost that was on par with the strongest enemy in her world, still short in power she straggles even more in the world of So i’m a Spider so what.

honestly, if you still haven’t read the light novel, it’s your time to pick it up. it’s one of the best isekai light novel with female protagonist.

You could read the Light novel you could watch the anime, funny i did both at the same time, and i can assure you that the anime is a faithful adaptation, minus a few slips or iteration which happens (i like the prince more in the anime, since they made him more redeemable). however the anime only adapted the first 3 books, and a bit of the 4th, you would do yourself a service by continuing the Light novel, it’s such a sweet happy read that can put a smile to your face. one of my favorite isekai light novel with female protagonist hands down.
